Welcome to QariCourier, a service provided by Qari. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the QariCourier website, mobile applications, and related courier services.

By creating an account or using QariCourier, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

To use QariCourier, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

Qari reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

QariCourier allows users to request pickup and delivery services through the platform.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Ensure recipients are available to receive deliveries where applicable.
• Package items securely before dispatch.
• Cooperate with riders and customer support when necessary.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Qari reserves the right to decline, delay, or cancel delivery requests where necessary for safety, operational, or legal reasons.

You may not send items that are illegal, dangerous, or restricted, including:

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
• Flammable, toxic, or hazardous materials
• Stolen or counterfeit goods
• Live animals
• Any item restricted by applicable law

Delivery fees are displayed before you confirm a request and may vary based on distance, package size, and demand. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, and Qari does not store complete card or bank details.

Orders may be cancelled before a rider is dispatched. Once a rider has been assigned or pickup has begun, cancellation charges may apply. Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within the timelines of the payment provider.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other operational conditions. Deliveries may require confirmation from the recipient, and repeated failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges or the return of the package.

• Provide truthful information about the contents of your package.
• Treat riders and support staff respectfully.
• Avoid fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the platform.
• Report delivery issues promptly through the official support channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qari is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, or loss or damage arising from inaccurate information or improperly packaged items.
