Welcome to the Qari Partner Dashboard, a platform provided by Qari for approved logistics partners to manage riders, deliveries, operational activities, and partner payments.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Qari Partner Dashboard. By creating a partner account or accessing the Partner Dashboard, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Partner Dashboard.

To use the Qari Partner Dashboard, you must:

• Be an approved logistics partner authorized by Qari.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure that only authorized personnel have access to your account.
• Promptly notify Qari of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Qari reserves the right to verify your business information before granting or maintaining access to the Partner Dashboard.

The Qari Partner Dashboard is designed to help approved logistics partners manage their delivery operations on the Qari platform.

You agree to use the dashboard only for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Registering and managing riders.
• Assigning riders to delivery requests.
• Monitoring delivery operations.
• Tracking delivery performance.
• Managing partner payments and withdrawals.
• Accessing operational reports and analytics.

Partners are solely responsible for the riders they register on the platform.

By registering a rider, you confirm that:

• The rider has been authorized to work under your organization.
• The rider's information is accurate and up to date.
• Required verification has been completed where applicable.
• The rider complies with applicable laws and Qari policies.

Partners are responsible for updating rider information whenever changes occur.

As a logistics partner, you agree to:

• Manage delivery operations responsibly.
• Assign deliveries fairly and accurately.
• Ensure riders provide professional service.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Cooperate with Qari in resolving customer complaints, disputes, or operational issues.

Partners remain responsible for the conduct of riders operating under their organization.

The Qari Partner Dashboard enables approved logistics partners to receive payments for completed delivery services to their selected designated bank account.

Partners may use the dashboard to:

• Receive payments for completed deliveries.
• Review transaction history.
• Monitor payment status.

Partners are responsible for ensuring that their banking and payout information is accurate and kept up to date.

Qari reserves the right to delay, suspend, adjust, or withhold payments where necessary to investigate fraud, resolve disputes, comply with laws, or correct payment errors.

Qari may suspend or terminate a partner account if the partner:

• Violates these Terms of Service.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Misuses the Partner Dashboard.
• Repeatedly fails to meet operational standards.
• Endangers customers, riders, merchants, or the integrity of the Qari platform.

Partners may discontinue using the Partner Dashboard at any time, subject to any outstanding contractual or financial obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Partner Dashboard.

While Qari strives to provide a reliable and secure platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access, or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
