Terms of Service

Welcome to the Qari Rider App, a platform provided by Qari for riders who have been registered by approved logistics partners to receive and complete delivery assignments.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Qari Rider App. By accessing or using the Rider App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Rider App.

To use the Qari Rider App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be registered by an approved Qari logistics partner.
• Use the phone number registered by your logistics partner to access the Rider App.
• Successfully complete any required identity or account verification.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

The Rider App does not support public or self-service registration. Only riders who have been pre-registered by an approved logistics partner may access the platform.

Qari reserves the right to verify rider information and suspend or terminate access where necessary.

The Qari Rider App is intended solely for managing delivery operations.

As a rider, you may use the app to:

• Receive delivery assignments.
• View pickup and delivery information.
• Accept or decline delivery requests where applicable.
• Navigate to pickup and delivery locations.
• Update delivery status.
• Confirm completed deliveries.
• Communicate with customers or support where available.

You agree to use the Rider App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

As a rider, you agree to:

• Complete accepted deliveries professionally and safely.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
• Handle packages with reasonable care.
• Deliver orders to the correct recipient.
• Follow reasonable delivery instructions.
• Report delivery issues, accidents, damaged items, or unsuccessful deliveries promptly through the appropriate channels.

You are responsible for ensuring that delivery confirmations submitted through the Rider App are accurate.

You must conduct yourself professionally while using the Rider App. You must not:

• Engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour.
• Deliver prohibited or illegal items.
• Falsify delivery records or delivery status.
• Share customer information without authorization.
• Allow another person to use your rider account.
• Attempt to manipulate delivery records or platform operations.
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

The Qari Rider App is designed solely for delivery operations and does not display rider earnings, wallet balances, payment history, or withdrawal functionality.

Payments, earnings, commissions, incentives, and payout arrangements are managed directly by the logistics partner with whom the rider is registered, in accordance with the agreement between the rider and that logistics partner.

Qari is not responsible for payment arrangements between riders and their logistics partners unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

Qari may suspend or terminate your access to the Rider App if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Misuse the Rider App.
• Fail required identity verification.
• Endanger customers, merchants, partners, other riders, or the integrity of the Qari platform.

Your logistics partner may also request that your access be suspended or removed where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Rider App.

While Qari strives to provide a reliable platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, or error-free operation of the Rider App.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
